WEST VILLAGE PARK

West Village Park has a unique combination of hardscape and softscape architectural features. This project has transformed a city pump house and district energy center into an interactive public space for leisure and beauty. The design for West Village Park includes a variety of planting beds, featuring a combination of lavender, ornamental grasses, and coneflower. Within the park’s hardscape, our team installed Hexi and permeable pavers, interlocking drainage systems which resembles a honeycomb. The park is also comprised of multilevel hexagonal seating (made of concrete) along with custom made wooden tables and benches. With safety innovations like rubber safety surfacing, West Village Park and its design embody an inclusive experience and space for all ages to enjoy.
